Important Considerations for Refunds and Exchanges
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: For any claim regarding damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide a continuous, unedited video of the unpacking process, taken before opening the parcel and its inner box. This video serves as crucial evidence and is required to process any claim for a refund or exchange. Without this unboxing video, we regret that we cannot approve your claim.
- Promotional & Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or promotional activities are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations: You may request a refund at any time before your order has been shipped if there are issues such as incorrect information or a change of mind. Once an order has been shipped, it becomes subject to our standard no-return policy.
- Customer Errors: We typically do not accept refunds or exchanges for situations arising from customer error. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect selection of model, design, color, or other product options.
- Failure to carefully preview options to ensure correct settings.
- Any issues arising from misreading product descriptions or specifications.
- We urge you to carefully review your order before checkout to ensure all details are correct.
- Claim Window: Any replacement/refund request must be filed within 15 days from the date you receive the product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds if you contact us beyond this 15-day period.
- Product Appearance: Please allow for up to a 10% difference between the advertised image and the actual product you receive. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays. Such minor variations do not qualify as a "significant problem."
How to File a Claim for Eligible Issues
If you believe your product qualifies for a replacement or refund under our policy (i.e., due to significant damage or incorrect product received), please follow these steps:

- Provide Required Information: Your email must include all of the following to process your claim:
- Your Order Number
- The mandatory unedited video of the unboxing process (as described above).
- Additional clear photos of the defective or incorrect product, if helpful.
- Your full delivery address.
- Your contact phone number.
Our support team will review the provided video and photos. If your product meets the criteria for an eligible issue, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.
Processing Refunds and Exchanges
- Receipt Confirmation: After we receive and check your returned item (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Exchanges: If approved, your replacement item will be shipped back to you at no additional charge.
- Unauthorized Returns: If you choose to return a product without prior authorization from our customer support team, and the order does not meet all of our stated requirements, we will not issue a refund. We will notify you via email with further instructions on how to proceed in such cases.
